PROPERTY specialists John Goodwin have expanded their presence in the region with the opening of a new branch in Ross-on-Wye.
This marks the firm’s fifth location across the Three Counties, following the success of their offices in Ledbury, Colwall, Malvern, and Upton-upon-Severn.
The company offers a wide range of services, including buying, renting, selling, and letting residential properties, as well as commercial property management and property auctions.
Their expertise is now set to benefit the Ross-on-Wye area, as they build on the foundations laid by Morris Bricknell, who previously operated on Gloucester Road.
Nick Goodwin, the manager of the new Ross office, is excited about the opportunity to serve the local community.
Reflecting on the company’s growth, Mr Goodwin said: “Opening a branch in Ross-on-Wye is a brilliant opportunity for our team. Over the last four decades, the business has evolved substantially to meet the changing requirements of the property market. However, we continue to prioritise the needs of our clients and provide a first-class service, which has been the ethos that brought success in our other locations.”
Mr Goodwin added: “Together with my brother Adam, we are looking forward to building our presence in Ross and furthering our connections in this fantastic area. With the knowledge and experience our Ross team possesses, I am confident the team will be delivering exceptional results for our clients from day one.”
The opening of the Ross-on-Wye office marks an exciting new chapter for John Goodwin, whose first office was established in Ledbury in 1981.
Since then, the company has grown steadily, expanding to its current portfolio of five locations across the region.
The new office in Ross-on-Wye is poised to offer the same level of service and commitment that has earned John Goodwin a respected place in the property market.
