As we count down to the Easter holidays, Ross-on-Wye Town Council has announced a line-up of free activities designed to entertain the whole family throughout the two-week break in April.
Monday, April 14 – Cinema Showings at The Phoenix Theatre Start the holiday with a cinematic adventure with Tangled at 2pm and Big Hero 6 at 4pm at The Phoenix Theatre.
Tuesday, April 15– Hedgehog-Themed Activities at Ross Community Gardens Ross Community Gardens.
Wednesday, April 16 – Yoga Sessions at the Bandstand Stretch, breathe, and unwind with two beginner-friendly yoga sessions at the Bandstand. Thursday. April 17 – Easter Egg Hunt at Long Acre/the Bandstand The hunt begins at 12pm and there is no need to book space in advance so just pop along!
Tuesday, April 22– Quiz Evening at the Library Test your trivia skills at our Quiz Evening at the library. You can pop along on the evening but keep in mind it is a maximum of five people per team!
Wednesday, April 23 – Arts & Crafts at the Market House Unleash your creativity at the Market House with a variety of arts and crafts activities suitable for all ages. The session runs from 10am to 12pm and is on a drop-in basis so just pop along!
Thursday, April 24 – Board Game Evening at the Corn Exchange Gather your family and friends for a night of fun and friendly competition! The session runs from 3 to 7pm and games for all ages will be available so drop in anytime!
Friday, April 25– Writing Workshop at the Library Get your creative juices flowing with a writing workshop at the library. Perfect for budding writers aged 10 to 12!
Friday, April 25 – Puppet Shows at the Market House End the Easter break with a smile at our Puppet Shows at the Market House. The performances of ‘Tales from the Farmyard’ are at 1:30pm and 3pm.
