THE John Kyrle 300 commemorations continue with an exciting musical theatre delving into the life of the Man of Ross-on-Wye.
The story of John Kyrle's life runs from the end of the plague, his birth, and dramatic events of 17th century in Ross as they unfolded.
This is an exciting opportunity to find out more about the philanthropist John Kyrle who undertook many wonderful things to improve Ross town and the life of its people.
The play is written and composed by Sammy Martin and performed by drama students from John Kyrle High School and others from across the town and district and supported by the high school’s orchestra.
However, there are only two performances: Friday, October 18, at John Kyrle High School and Saturday October 19 at St Mary's Church, both starting at 7:30pm.
Limited tickets available on-line rossparishes.uk/jk300. The advice is to book early.
