THE Poppy Appeal organiser for Much Marcle, Brockhampton, and Little Marcle, is calling on the community for support ahead of this year's fundraising efforts.

Ellen Jones explained that volunteers are needed to go door to door selling poppies and raising vital funds for this important cause.

The Poppy Appeal is the cornerstone of remembrance, honoring those who have served and sacrificed in the armed forces. The funds raised provide crucial support to veterans and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
