Ross travelled to Rougemont for a friendly game against Gwent at the weekend. The last time they met, in October, Ross were well beaten 3-0, but this time Ross played like they had not had a Christmas break, and came away with a fantastic 6-1 victory.

Ross should take a lot from this game and hopefully this will give them renewed energy and confidence when they starting the league next week at home to Lansdown at 1.15pm at Monmouth Sports Complex.
