Ross Netball team the Allsorts played Usk in the Wye Valley Netball League. Allsorts won the toss, took the first centre and immediately scored. Centre Tricia Walker intercepted the Usk centre pass and once again Allsorts scored, giving the team a good confidence boost.

Despite Usk scoring soon after, Allsorts felt confident and this reflected in their pass rate and scoring. The first quarter finished well at 9 – 4 to Allsorts. The game continued with strong defence work from goal keeper Claire Godwin and Goal Defence Ali Raine who had complete control of their defending circle. Usk could only shoot from the outer edge. Allsorts won the match 32 – 19.
