President of Ross Bowling Club, John Perks bowled the first ball to open the new season on Saturday, April 21st, 2018.

Before the eager bowlers got the first matches underway he also presented Rosemary Rigby, President of the Ross Action Committee with a cheque. This was for £750, the money raised by the club over the past year.
