Last week, pupils at Lea CE Primary School performed their Nativity play. 

Willow Class, Reception and Year One, performed “The Twinkly Nativity!” which was a hit amongst the audience. 

A spokesperson from the school said: “For such young children, their confidence and enthusiasm were outstanding. Each and every one of them showed great stage presence, delivering every line and every song with great clarity. 

“They really brought the Christmas story to life with their endearing portrayal of characters and joyful performances!”

The production was described as “heart-warming” as it created a magical atmosphere for the audience. 

One parent commented as they left: “Now Christmas has rally started!”
