Members of the Tudorville and District Community Centre (TDCC) in Ross-on-Wye, were proud to unveil their photographic exhibition, which featured older pictures of the community centre as well as newer photographs, taken by talented attendees of a youth group.

The exhibition took place on the evening of Friday, June 5th and those who attended the event enjoyed refreshments while they viewed the photographs on show.

Kirsty Pye, from Brightstripe Cultural Health, has been working with a youth group since January, leading art workshops; mostly photography projects, but they had also been working on stop-motion animation films.

Kirsty's sessions with the children are designed to support them to "be all they can be." Kirsty told the Ross Gazette that Brightstripe's programme, y.Art, aims to inspire young people to be creative and explore their hidden talents, which increases their confidence, and provides them with a range of new skills and opportunities.
