Meetings at Ross-on-Wye Town Council are continuing at the present time but this is likely to change as the situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) develops.
Ross-on-Wye Town Council is following and responding to the latest guidance from the UK Government regarding the pandemic and is invoking elements of an internal contingency plan to ensure that essential council services remain operational.
The Town Council offices have been shut to members of the public but staff at the Corn Exchange currently remain at work, we will continue to answer enquiries by email and phone where possible.
They encourage all residents to follow the NHS and Government guidance and contact 111 in case of concern.
We ask that all residents who might come into contact with our staff follow the hygiene recommendations.
They may operate a limited service, divert telephone calls or access emails remotely whilst our offices are closed.
They will support the emergency services or Herefordshire Council should an emergency plan activity be triggered. You should stay in touch with your local radio station or social media for updates.
