Councillors joined Halo staff, members and local residents for the official opening of the new, larger and improved Ross-on-Wye Swimming Pool.
Although the pool itself has not been altered during the closure for refurbishment, the whole space around it has changed beyond recognition.
As the ribbon was cut people were eager to take a look at the results of the £2.3 million refurbishment
The combined project from Herefordshire Council and Halo will take leisure provision into the next decade and will encourage even more people to get fit and stay healthy.
While many visitors have been full of praise for the new development, there have been some comments on social media regarding the policy of taking pushchairs into the changing rooms.
