Councillor Chris Bartrum told Ross Town Council at the meeting on Monday that there hadn't been 'much progress regarding markets in the town.' Cllr Phil Cutter urged that: "?We, as a council should be doing things around the Market House and raise as much revenue as possible out of the market apron. Ross was presented a Charter to hold markets in the town. We should press for this from Herefordshire Council. We could make a good job of it." Full report in this week's Gazette.
