AN ELECTORAL review of polling districts, polling places and polling stations is being undertaken by Herefordshire Council.

The review, which is required to be carried out every five years, offers an opportunity to take account of known future changes and includes where buildings have ceased or will cease to be capable of being used as polling stations; and consider more suitable buildings that are, or are due to become available.

A notice of the review was published in August which has now presented its recommendations.

Everyone is invited to view and comment on the recommendations proposed and the local authority welcomes any feedback people may have.

The proposed recommendations can be found at Herefordshire.gov.uk/pollingreview along with the consultation form, which concludes on Monday, November 18.
