Developers hope that their scheme for five houses on land north of the Royal Arms in Llangrove will be viewed favourably after they listened to local concerns. Originally they had considered applying for permission for 10 homes but after consultation have put forward the current application. The houses will be a mix of four and five bedroom homes.
The developers consulted with Llangrove Parish Council, the neighbourhood development plan steering group as well as the local pub. They say there will not be much of an impact on traffic.
Residents have until September 16th to comment on the proposals which can be found at www.herefordshire.gov.uk. The application number is P182775/F, and Herefordshire Council planning officers are expected to consider the scheme by September 21st.
