Ten-year-old Pheobe Seaborn, has been crowned as the 2019 Carnival Princess for Ross-on-Wye and ten-year-old Daniel Welfare has been crowned Prince. The Prince and Princess will be joined by their attendants, Molly, Ebony, Bobby and Cody, and all those other boys and girls who entered the competition, on the Prince and Princess floats on Carnival day.

There were about 20 hopeful young ladies who entered the competition held at the Larruperz Centre on Sunday, May 12th,and seven young gentlemen, and the judges told the Ross Gazette that it was very difficult to chose a winner.For the full report and more pictures please see next week's Ross Gazette.
