This year’s Ross-on-Wye Mayor’s Charity Ceilidh will be held at the Larruperz Centre on Saturday, March 14.

As Mayor Jane Robert’s chosen charity, all the proceeds from the event will go to Ross Community Development Trust and the Ross Good Neighbours Project.

The Ross Community Development Trust is a charitable organisation that promotes volunteering and the voluntary sector in Ross and surrounding areas.

The Mayor’s Ball will be a Barn Dance/Ceilidh starting at 7.30pm on March 14, with the Silver Branch band playing traditional Irish and world music and contemporary tunes, with local poet and singer-songwriter Dick Brice as caller. Tickets are £30 and include a buffet supper with wine.
