The Mayor of Ross recently visited Ross Community Garden.
The award winning project in Old Gloucester Rd, welcomed the Mayor and Tim Shelley, Project Leader showed him all the aspects of the garden. Councillor O’Driscoll handed out awards to service users which the project supports.
He also spent time visiting the Zero Waste Stall, meeting co-ordinator Alison Bagg and volunteers.
Tim showed him the new kitchen which is funded by Herefordshire Community Foundation and the National Lottery and discussed the plans the garden has to support people through the cost of living crisis.
