A MAN has admitted destroying equipment valued at £729 in a town centre shop and assault.
Hereford magistrates heard that Phillip Eckley, aged 37, frpm Rpss-on-Wye went into the CCR Vape Bar in the town's Croft Court shoopping centre and smashed up a computer, barcode scanner, monitor, printer and goods to the value of £729.94.
He also attacked another man causing actual bodily harm.
Eckley admitted charges of assault and criminal damage and was bailed to September 10 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
