Please can I use your pages to congratulate Ross Community Clean Up Crew on their first birthday?  

I joined the town centre litter pick on Sunday morning with some other Town Councillors and was pleased to be able to help collect several bags of rubbish from the car parks behind the Kings Head and The Prospect.  There was a very good turn out, including some children.  It was great to hear about how the group has gone from strength to strength over the last year, including its outreach work with schools and youth groups.  And the birthday cake for the volunteers was a nice touch.
