There are less than two weeks remaining to apply for the Business Enterprise Fund.
Anyone interested applying for the Business Enterprise Fund are being reminded that expressions of interest must be submitted by Monday, December 18.
The UKSPF Business Enterprise Fund is a capital equipment grant scheme that has been funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Its aim is to enable Herefordshire businesses to increase their productivity and become more resilient through the adoption of new technologies and processes.
Businesses must be physically located in Herefordshire and the trading activity and investment must take place within the county.
Businesses that have been actively trading for more than six months can apply for capital grants to help them purchase equipment, up to 50 per cent of the total projects costs.
Cabinet member for economy and growth, Councillor Graham Biggs, said: “One of our top priorities is helping to support and grow our local economy, and we have a range of grants available to do just that.
“The Business Enterprise Fund is a great opportunity for eligible businesses to get up to 50 per cent of the total cost of a project covered.
“The closing date is rapidly approaching, so I would encourage any business that may be interested not to hesitate and to get in touch with their expression of interest.”
