History has repeated itself as the Ross-on-Wye swimming pool has won two prestigious awards for the second year, the team have picked up Halo Leisure’s Centre of Year, as well as the award dedicated to the centre which demonstrates the best approach to managing Health and Safety.
While it can be easy to mock this vital aspect of running the popular facility, looking after employees welfare and ensuring customers are safe is at the forefront for Halo Leisure, especially at Ross Swimming Pool. The team work tirelessly to make sure the facilities are clean, safe and welcoming for all the customers, including the 900 children who enjoy swimming lessons every week.
Ross has long been recognised as outstanding due to the community feel to the place and coming top of Halo’s customer service rankings.
