As part of Ross-on-Wye’s 2024 John Kyrle commemorations and the exciting restoration of the town's iconic Market House, the artists of Made in Ross are offering the community a special artistic treat.

The art groups’ Great Art Giveaway will run from October 31 to November 9, where 100 unique, handmade art and craft gifts will be hidden around the town, waiting to be discovered.

Local residents and visitors are encouraged to explore Ross and see what treasures they can find. If people come across one of these special items, they’re being asked to snap a photo and share it on social media with the hashtag #MadeinRoss.

Also, if anyone finds one of the hidden handmade treasures, they have the choice to keep it, gift it to someone special, or leave it for someone else to discover encouraging a sense of community and sharing.

In addition to this fun community event, Made in Ross will be returning to the beautifully restored Market House from late October. Their gallery will be open almost everyday, showcasing a wide variety of handmade art, crafts, and gifts

The artists are excited to welcome visitors back to the newly refurbished Market House and share the vibrant creativity of Ross’ local art community.
