ROSS-on-Wye will be full of seasonal cheer on Saturday, April 19, as the Easter artisan market and the popular Bunny Bake-Off return to the town.

The market will feature a range of traders selling baked goods, hot food, and accessories, creating a lively springtime atmosphere.

This year’s Bunny Bake-Off competition will focus on traybakes, with amateur bakers invited to put their skills to the test.

Judging the contest will be Sakunthala Chandrasekara, a former contestant from season 14 of The Great British Bake Off.

Recipes from the competition will be shared on the Town Council’s website and social media after the event.

Bakers wishing to take part must submit their applications by April 10, while those wanting to run a stall have until March 9 to apply.
