A speeding uninsured Audi motorist who was spotted breaking the 30mph limit in Ross-on-Wye’s Ledbury Road last April has been ordered to pay £1,332 in fines and costs.

Philip Goldsmith, 49, of Wells Close, Newport, pleaded guilty at Worcester magistrates court and also had his licence endorsed with six points.
