Award Winning Cantabile, recently voted ‘Children’s Choir of the World’, has accepted an invitation by Mayor of Ross-on-Wye, Councillor Harry Bramer, to perform at the Chase Hotel on Tuesday, February 12th in support of the Mayor’s Charity Papyrus which seeks to prevent young suicide.
Cantabile, the choir from Hereford Cathedral School, will be ably supported by choirs from St Joseph’s RC School and Ashfield Park Primary School as well as an ensemble from John Kyrle High School.
The performance will start at 7.00pm and tickets are available in advance by phoning Clearwell Castle 01594 832320, or on the door for just £10.
At a recent meeting in Hereford, the Mayor said: “I cannot express enough my appreciation to Hereford Cathedral School and their choir, Cantabile, for the magnificent contribution to my Charity of the Year in accepting my invitation to perform at what I am sure will be an amazing evening at the The Chase!
