After more than two years working at The Hostelrie at Goodrich, Andi Davidson is now stepping up to take on the Front of House manager’s position.
Graham Wride continues in his role as head chef having been with the business for most of the five years since the Lowther family took over the historic country inn. Graham is ably assisted in the kitchen by his second in command, Chucky, and apprentice chef, Maisie.
Landlord Ayrton Lowther paid tribute to the whole team (not all of whom are in the picture). He said:?“The saying a business is only as good as its people is never more true than with the ‘Til. (The Hostelrie)
“It’s five years since we took over and these guys have all contributed to making the place the success it is today and it is great to recognise their contribution”.
Andi is obviously delighted to be taking on the additional responsibility. “It is great to be part of the success of The Hostelrie and, as we have more investment planned for the coming year, Graham and I are looking forward to continuing to build the business”
Andi’s dog, Tank, will be continuing in his role as head of security and swing monitor.
