A new shop opened in Ross town centre on Tuesday, August 2nd. The Mayor of Ross, Councillor David Ravenscroft, opened Ross-on-Wye Flooring on High Street at midday.

The Bundy family, who have been in business for 15 years, are excited to begin their new venture.

David Bundy told the Ross Gazette that the long term aim of the business is to regenerate High Street, and to encourage more footfall into an area of the town centre, which some shoppers may overlook.

The shop stocks a full range of carpets and flooring, including wool, synthetic and vinyl.

Several of Ross-on-Wye’s Town Councillors joined the Mayor, Mayoress and the Bundy family for the shop’s grand opening on Tuesday afternoon.
