Ashfield Park Primary School pupils took part in a delightful advent service at St Mary’s Church, Ross-on-Wye.

Years 3, 4, 5, and 6 enjoyed a short advent service at the church, which Revd Shaun, Revd Tiffany, and Mark Sanderson director of music organised for Key Stage Two.

The children were getting keenly involved: some carrying the cross and candles, other as members of the choir, and several doing the reading and prayer.

After the service, there was a demonstration of the church organ by Mark Sanderson, while Revd Sean explained about the “Museum Without Walls” app that brings the historical features of the church to life; the educational app was released earlier this year.
