Francis Kevin George Woodward (64) of Whitchurch has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order, otherwise known as a CRIMBO, following his conviction on July 14th for criminal damage and threatening behaviour.

Mr Woodward must not behave in such a manner that would likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person visiting, parking or being present in the vicinity of Whitchurch Church of England Primary School.

This includes abusive or threatening words, gestures or other acts intended to intimidate other persons.

Mr Woodward was arrested on Friday, June 10th, after an altercation took place near to Whitchurch Primary School, as parents and guardians were collecting the children at the end of the day.

An eyewitness told the Ross Gazette that Mr Woodward had put an axe through the windscreen of a car, after he had a disagreement with a parent over the way they had parked their vehicle.
