The 2018 season of films at Screen at the Phoenix continues with Victoria and Abdul’ which will be shown on Saturday, February 17th. It stars Judi Dench reprising her portrayal of the elderly monarch with Ali Fazal as her Indian companìon.

’The Zookeeper’s Wife’, is to be screened on Saturday March 3rd. The film features the role played by the Warsaw zoo in helping with the escape of refugees when the Nazis invaded.

A modern story is ’Hampstead’ with Diane Keaton playing an American in London joining with a homeless man to fight unscrupulous property developers. This film is on Sunday, March 25th. All films begin at 7pm.
